30-Day Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Please contact me at ross@stoppingup.com with your order details and the reason for your return or exchange. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Personalized, commissioned, or custom-sized prints are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the original purchase amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged print).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your print for a different image or size, please let us know. Additional costs may apply if exchanging for a higher-priced item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me immediately at ross@stoppingup.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent. Please use a trackable shipping service and provide tracking details; we are not responsible for returns lost in transi

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Commissioned or personalized artwork (unless defective or damaged)
